Premium Australian grown Pork Hind Leg, trimmed and cured using Butt’s original cure recipe and then slowly hot smoked over Australian Hard Wood in our traditional open flame smoke house.
These legs are smoked with the bone in and are more heavily smoked than the smaller bone out hams.
