Premium Australian grown fresh Rainbow Trout, filleted and cured using our original and natural fish cure recipe and then hot smoked over Australian Hard Wood in our traditional smoke house. These fish are grown in the clean mountain waters of the Stony Creek near Bright in NE Victoria. The large fillets are taken from Fish which have been grown out to more than 2kg resulting in a more intense flavour and colour. Ready to eat.
