Premium Australian grown fresh Rainbow Trout fillets. These fish are grown in the waters of the Stony Creek near Bright in NE Victoria. Once harvested the fish are gutted, filleted, cured using our original and natural fish cure recipe and hot smoked over Australian Hard Wood in our traditional smokehouse. Ensuring the fish are smoked as soon as possible after harvest ensures the delicate trout flavour is allowed to shine. Very popular for breakfast dishes, light/healthy lunches or as an ingredient in salads, pasta or antipasto. Ready to eat.
