Free range pork roughly ground and mixed with traditional Kransky herbs and spices of Garlic, Carroway and Pepper before being filled into natural casings and hot smoked. Ready to eat as hot smoked, however to best enjoy Kransky, warm in a pan on moderate heat for 6-8 minutes then add tablespoon of water and cover to steam the Kransky and remove from heat. Enjoy in many ways…one favorite is with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables or in a bun with BBQ onions, slaw and mustard.
